What's Your Value? by Julia
We put a value on everything, including ourselves and others, and we use any number of criteria to determine that value. God puts a value on us too, but He uses none of the criteria that we do. His measure of all things is Himself, as He is The Way, The Truth, and The Life.
Truth is found in His Word, and it is there that He reveals Who He is and who you are. Here we also see the value that He puts on you. Yes, you, exactly who you personally are as defined by Him and not others. He says to you today that you are of such value to Me that I died for you. Now why would He do that? Because He so loves you. Now why would He love you? Just because He does. That's Who He is and we can't get away from that fact.
He's the criteria we measure everything by. God longs to tell you that He knows exactly who you are, and all that has happened in your life, and to declare to you that He loves you. He shows the love and value that He has placed on you each and every day in hundreds of different ways that are personally unique to you, if you have eyes to see. That is what this ministry [Breaking Free Ministries] is about, to make you aware of the eyes to see what He wants to give you. He waits for your response. Will you let Him show you His love for you?
